Creative Head — Middle East Region

We’re seeking an experienced Creative Head to lead and elevate our creative direction across the Middle East region. This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong eye for fashion, casting, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the creative vision for campaigns, shoots, and casting across the Middle East
- Lead collaboration between models, photographers, brands, and production teams
- Identify emerging trends and talent to keep the agency’s portfolio fresh and competitive
- Manage creative budgets and timelines for regional projects
- Build and mentor a regional creative team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in fashion, modeling, or creative direction (agency-side or brand-side)
- Strong network within the regional fashion and modeling industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic a strong plus

Associate — Brand Relationships Team
Location: France

We’re looking for an Associate to join our Brand Relationships team, supporting partnerships with fashion houses, retail brands, and lifestyle clients across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain relationships with existing brand partners
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new brand collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate communication between brands, casting teams, and production
- Help prepare proposals, pitch materials, and partnership reports
- Track campaign performance and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in account management, brand partnerships, or client relations (fashion/retail industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
- A genuine interest in fashion and talent representation
